Magic Garden (south) - Lipa Noi Valley - 2-3 hours
The Magic Garden - Lipa Noi Valley trek is a rather strenuous trek of about 8km.
We will start hiking at the Buddha Magic Garden high above the south of Samui. We will start on an old 2 lane cement trek slowly climbing upwards through plantations and forest.
Deeper inlands, we start following a dirt road and the scenery starts to change. A small climb leads us to the Lipa Noi ridge where there are fewer plantations along the road and more of the old dense forests. Following the ridge up and down we will enjoy stunning views over the island.
We advise to wear shoes for this hike to prevent any injuries. The sand can be very slippery when dry so you need a good grip. The tour will take 2 up to 3 hours depending on our pace and the lengths of our rests.
